Equipment that sell here is handmade. Early material fatigue (the last stitch and metal, plastic parts) is a rare, but can to complaint within 2 months after delivery. I will repair the product, if possible, if not, replace it. We are not responsible for the damage they can do dogs or owners (biting the leash, collar, crushed buckle ajar door of the car, etc.). We can not even reply sent to the wrong dimensions and consequently too small / too big the final product. In this case, you can contact us and we will try to help, but it is not our duty to provide you with inappropriately measured product replaced. When measuring always add approx. 2-3 cm for comfort or to the extent you seems appropriate!
